Weaver's Pets was established in 2000.  We take pride in placing our puppies, that are AKC litter registered, with loving homes.

We are Registered, Inspected and

At Weaver's Pets our puppies receive all required vet care and a guarantee of a "heathy" puppy before going to their new homes.  Our puppies are raised in a loving home environment to insure many years of joy with their new families.

Micro Chipping is available at an additional charge, and highly recommended for the safety of your new family member.

Company History

We established Weaver's Pets in 2000 out of our love for Shih Tzu and Yorkie puppies and our desire to see them placed in loving homes.  Since then we have placed many high quality puppies with wonderful families.

Hi Kathy, Here's some photos of the puppy
we got from you in March.  We named him Duncan.  He's just the best dog ever...so happy all the time and loves everybody.  He gets really excited to go on walks with us and even though he's still small he
keeps up with the big dogs.  I will try to carry him some of the way, but he just wants to be right alongside his doggie brothers.  He sleeps with us every night next to my head most of the time because my Havanese likes to sleep on the pillows
and Duncan wants to also.  He eats, sleeps and plays with Jorgie (the havanese) they have really become the best of buds since we brought Duncan home; they've been inseperable.  He loves his kennel
and will whine at it to get inside to take his naps during the day.  He goes to my son's soccer games with us...he loves to go "bye-bye" in the car.  We just love him to bits and he's been such a joyful addition to our family.
Hope you enjoy the photos.  ~Lindsay

Getting our puppy from Weaver's
Pets has been a great experience. Rod and Kathy were so
helpful in guiding us to the right breed for
our 12 year old daughter. The pure breed Shih
Tsu has been an excellent companion for her
from the very first day we brought him home.
They play together, eat together, relax
together,and sleep together.
The Weaver's were so hospitable. They allowed
us to visit their home and kennel even before
the litter was born, so that we could determine
if this was the right breed for us. Once the
puppies were born we were allowed regular
visits starting the very first week. After we
selected one of the puppies, we had many
opportunities to bond with him. It was a
tremendous experience for our 12 year old to
watch her puppy grow each week--to open his
eyes,to start to walk, to play outside, and
to begin to respond to his name. By the time
we brought him home at 6 weeks, we were so
attached to each other.
I was impressed with how well-behaved the
Weaver's dogs were from the very first day we
visited. We were greeted by almost a dozen
dogs. The dogs barked initially but settled down
quickly. They waited patiently at our feet for
attention. When my daughter sat on the floor she
was "covered" with dogs that politely licked and
nuzzled her. She loved it. She wanted to take
them all home! I also noticed that it didn't
smell like "dog". We visited often and rarely did
we notice "dog smell" in the home, the kennel, or
the dogs themselves!
Our daughter was severely sensitive to dog hair.
We had tried other breeds of dog and she reacted
strongly to them. After spending a few hours with
the Weaver's dogs and being tested soon after with
a Shih Tsu hair sample, she had no reaction. We
were thrilled. After 8 weeks she continues to be
symptom-free without any allergy therapy. She is
with her dog constantly--handling, nuzzling,
sleeping, etc. My husband is sensitive to animal
hair, as well, and has had no problems either.
I highly recommend Weaver's Pets. If you're
looking for a great experience in getting a great
dog, you'll want to visit Weaver's.
